Returns & refunds

Hygiene first

For health and hygiene reasons, intimate products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal is broken. This protects every customer and is standard across the industry.

Faulty or damaged items

We stand behind everything we ship. If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Please include your reference number and, where possible, a photo of the issue.

Unopened items

If your product is still sealed and unopened, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received.

Wrong or missing items

If you received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, email us right away and we'll correct it at no cost to you.
